Fruit salad #2
In a bowl add:
1 can fruit cocktail
1 small yogurt
1 Apple, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
(Cinnamon is good for you because it helps regulate blood sugar)
Mix all together and serve as a side dish for dinner.
