I remember making these a long time ago for a group get together. So, I made them again this weekend and they were a huge hit.
Ingredients:
8-10 flour tortillas
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 8 oz. container cream cheese, softened
1 green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. diced chilies
Dash of Mrs. Dash (I used Garlic & herb)
Salt & pepper to taste
12 thin slices of ham, lunch meat
Mix up ranch dressing, cream cheese, onion, chilies, & seasoning. Spread about 1-2 Tbsp. on each tortilla. Top with 4 slices of ham to cover the tortilla. Roll it up. Slice in 1 inch slices. Place in a 9X13 inch pan. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve at your next barbecue.
