I love cooking with Apples and Peaches in the fall. This is a really comforting treat after a meal or just as a nice indulgence. It is also healthy!
Apple Peach Sauce
3 Medium Sized Apples (Any kind)
3 Medium Sized Peaches
Chop up fruit and place on the stove in a pot of water. Make sure the water is just covering the fruit. Boil for 15-20 minutes. Pour into blender. You can drain some of the water first, depending on how chunky you want it. Blend for about 15 seconds. Pour into bowls after it has cooled a bit. I like to put light whip cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. This would also be great on pancakes or waffles.
