Homemade Chips
It is nice to know what ingredients are in my chips. If you look on the back of a typical bag of chips, the ingredients are usually hard to pronounce. With these homemade chips, they can be deliciously pure.
3-4 of your favorite tortillas (corn, whole grain, etc.)
1/3 C. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Seasoning (I like to use any flavor of Mrs. Dash)
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
Mix oil, seasoning, and salt together in a bowl. Place tortillas (one at a time) on a cutting board. Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter. Arrange on cookie sheet after you have cut all the chips you desire. Brush or spray with oil on both sides. Put in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
Enjoy with salsa, guacamole, or any kind of dip you can think of.
