Smoothie Popsicles
In a blender combine:
1 banana
1/2 C. blueberries
1 C. raspberries
2 C. milk (you can also use rice or almond milk)
Blend for 1 minute.
Pour into Popsicle molds.
Freeze until solid.
Enjoy.
