I thought I would add just the basic recipe to french toast. Most people know it, but what the hay.
In a 8X8 glass baking dish add:
2 C. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
Whisk together thoroughly.
Dip bread slices into the batter on both sides and place on a greased griddle.
Brown on both sides.
Top with syrup, yogurt, fruit, powdered sugar, etc.
