These ribs were a bit fatty. Maybe that's how all ribs are. I wonder if the ones with the bone don't have as much fat on them.
Marinade:
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash, original
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder or 2 Garlic cloves, diced
Sprinkle over top of boneless short ribs.
Thoroughly coat on both sides.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
Take out of fridge.
Remove plastic wrap.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
To make more moist cover with tin foil during the cooking process.
Let rest for 10 minutes, to let juices settle.
Serve with A1 sauce.
