Afternoon Energizer
This drink is so refreshing. You should try it!
In a blender add:
2 C. water
1 C. ice
1/2 C. carrots
1 C. cantaloupe
2 bananas
1 C. watermelon
2 C. spinach
1 C. yogurt
Blend.
