I love oatmeal cookies. Today they sounded really good, but I was too lazy to make them. And thought it would be a healthier option anyway, to make my smoothie taste like one.
In a blender add:
1 C. water
2 C. almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1 C. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 dates or 1/4 C. raisins
1 raisin, date, & walnut packet of instant oatmeal (optional)
Blend.
Enjoy!
