Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into thin slices, chilled in freezer
3/4 cup cold buttermilk

In a large bowl whisk together first 4 ingredients. Cut in cold butter and stir in buttermilk until well incorporated. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. 

I made these the other night and they were so yummy!
