I got this recipe idea from the magazine all you. I changed it a bit. This is a great appetizer, served with chips.
1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, drained, and rinsed
1 C. salsa
1 C. shredded cheese
Stir together beans and salsa and cook in microwave for about 1 minute and a half. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook in the microwave until cheese is melted. Top with additional salsa and serve with tortilla chips.
