In a bowl add:
2 C. warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
Flour, enough to make a workable dough.
Knead on a greased counter.
Heat oven to 375.
Pinch off ping pong ball size balls and press into greased muffin pan.
In the well of each muffin add:
And any other desired toppings.
Make sure to add a lot of toppings on the inside, these expand in the oven and the dough takes over.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
I thought these would be great dipped in ranch.
Serve with a side salad.
Careful they are hot right out of the oven!
