What you do:
Make a pizza crust.
Mix 1 C. ranch dressing with 1 can Rotel. (If you don't want spicy, just omit the Rotel)
Spread over crust.
2 grilled chicken breasts (1 per pizza), seasoned with salt and pepper, cut or torn into bite sized pieces.
Pizza cheese or Mozzarella, (as much as you would like)
Bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with fresh tomatoes and cilantro when out of oven.
Makes about 2 large pizzas.

I also added some bacon. My husband loved it and he doesn't really like Ranch. He suggested we use Alfredo Sauce. I liked white sauce for a change.
