Egg salad filled Pita

These make for a great fast meal.
In a pot on the stove add:
4 C. water
6 eggs
boil for 12 minutes.

Cool down with cold water.

Peel.

Mash eggs in a bowl.

Add:
1/4 C. mayo
1 tsp. mustard
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning, optional
pickles, diced
celery, diced

Stir well and fill pitas.

Serve with chips and sliced veggies and it is a complete meal!
