Fruit Cobbler

I made this the other day and forgot to take a picture. So, I will have to make it again some time and put a picture her then. In the mean time. This is a delicious dessert. You should try it!

In a bowl add:
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. oats
1/4 C. nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.) optional
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 C. milk
Stir well.

In a 8X8 glass baking dish add 1/4 C. butter. Place in a 350 degree oven and take out when melted.
Pour 1/2 of flour, sugar, baking powder and milk mixture over melted butter.

Place over batter:
3 C. fruit (peaches, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.), drained and cut in bite size pieces.

Pour rest of batter over fruit.

Sprinkle over top:
1/2 C. brown sugar
Dash of Cinnamon

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean and is golden brown around the edges.

Can put Ice cream on top or even whipped cream.
