Peach Raspberry Smoothie
In a blender add:
1 1/2 C. ice
2 C. peaches
1 C. raspberries
3/4 C. plain yogurt
1 1/2 C. milk (I used almond milk)
2 Tbsp. honey
1 scoop protein powder, optional
Blend well.
