I had always had a hard time eating hamburgers growing up. Probably because the main ones we would have would be from fast food restaurants. I would always end up getting sick afterward. But, now homemade hamburgers are one of my favorites!
Homemade hamburgers
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands or a spoon.
1 1b. raw ground beef
1 tsp. seasoning (I like Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb)
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C. Italian bread Crumbs
1 egg
Form into patties and grill on both sides.
They are kind of like giant flattened meat balls.
Serve with your favorite toppings. Serve in Hamburger buns, on toast, or on toasted english muffins.
One of my favorite things to go with hamburgers are grilled onions.
Grilled onions
In a pan put 1 Tbs. butter and 1 Tbsp. Canola oil. A dash of salt and pepper. Put about 1/2 onion (we tried red tonight and it was yummy!) Cook until onions are almost soft.
