I love the taste of Coconut Milk. So, the other day I decided to create this.
What you will need:
1 can of coconut milk (I used light)
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
9-10 pieces of any bread you like (I used sourdough)
In a 8X8 inch glass baking dish add all ingredients, except bread).
Whisk together thoroughly.
Dip bread on both sides in mixture and place on a greased pan that has been heated on medium high.
Brown on both sides.
Top with fruit and whipped cream, syrup, yogurt, etc.
Enjoy! I sure did.
