Play Dough

The other day for my preschool kids I made this really quick. The theme was farm animals and they made pigs.

In a pot on the stove add:
3 C. flour
1 C. salt
1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
Whisk.
Then add:
3 C. water
1 Tbsp. oil
Few drops of food coloring.
Stir with a wooden spoon until it forms a ball.
It may seem like it isn't forming right, just keep stirring and be patient.

Take it out of pan and knead it about 10-20 times on a greased surface.
Store in an airtight container.
