Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies


In a bowl add:
3/4 C. butter, softened
3/4 C. white sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 C. rolled oats
1 2/3 C. butterscotch chips

Scoop out 1 Tbsp. size balls and place them evenly on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
