Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Dough
2 C. warm water
2 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dough enhancer, optional
Flour, enough to make dough consistency
In a bowl add water, yeast, & sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add salt, dough enhancer, & flour. Knead for 5 minutes on an oiled surface.
Let rest.
Roll out dough.
Place on a greased cookie sheet, shape into a rectangle with hands.
Poke with fork about 10 times.
Topping
1 C. ranch dressing
2 C. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 C. hot sauce, (you can add more if you like it more spicy)
1 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
Spread ranch dressing on top of pizza dough.
In a bowl mix chicken & hot sauce.
Spread mixture on pizza.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is lightly brown.
Cut into squares with a pizza cutter.
