Canadian Bacon & Pineapple Pizza
Dough
2 C. warm water
2 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dough enhancer, optional
Flour, enough to make dough consistency
In a bowl add water, yeast, & sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add salt, dough enhancer, & flour. Knead for 5 minutes on an oiled surface.
Let rest.
Roll out, place on a greased baking sheet, shaped with fingers.
Topping
1 small can tomato sauce
1 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
1 C. cooked ham (I just used lunch meat ham from the deli), chopped
1 C. pineapple, (fresh is best), chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Spread tomato sauce on dough.
Top with the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until dough is lightly browned.
