1/2 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 lrg pkg vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. chopped nuts
1/2 C. coconut
Can also add chocolate chips.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well incorporated. Bake in a 9X13 inch pan for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can top with caramel sauce.
