Kidney beans are really good for the body. I looked it up on Google and there are so many nutrients packed in these little guys.
Ingredients:
1 Can Kidney beans, drained
1 tomato, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Mrs. Dash Original Flavor
Put first 3 ingredients in medium sized bowl. Drizzle with Olive oil and Vinegar. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
This is great as a side dish.
