Liz posted a recipe for Scones the other day. It reminded me of when we were little and our Grandma would serve scones at her house. We would fill them with Tuna Salad. So, yesterday I made scones. Mine didn't turn out as great as Liz's, but they were good enough that my oldest couldn't quit asking me for more. :) For lunch I made Chicken/Tuna salad.
This is how I made it:
1 lrg can Chicken
1 can tuna fish
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 pickle, chopped
1/2 C. mayo
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
Mix in a bowl and put on top of scones, salad greens, or in a sandwich.
