3 medium sized potatoes (I made mine with 1 yam, 1 sweet potato, and 1 russet)
2 Tbs. Oil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Seasonings (Italian or Mrs. Dash garlic and herb)
Slice fries into rods. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands until the potatoes are well coated. Place on baking sheet and make sure fries are not touching. I made a mistake and my fries weren't crisp like they should be. But, they were still yummy! Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or fry sauce (mayo mixed with Ketchup).
I just couldn't get enough of these. Yummy!
