Irish Casserole

1 Can chopped corned beef, cut into cubes
1/2 lb. elbo macaroni, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 1/2 C. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion chopped
Minced parsley

Mix all above together and top with Chinese noodles or crushed potato chips.  Bake for one hour in a 350 degree oven.
