Power Drink

You can add this to a meal or have it as your meal. It has a lot of nutrients just packed in it and can give you a lot of energy.

1 C. watermelon
1 small apple
1 C. spinach leaves
1 large carrot
1/2 C. grapes (I like to use black seedless)
1 scoop Vanilla Cream Whey protein powder (I use Jillian Michaels from Wal-mart)
1 C. Ice
2 C. water

Blend all ingredients in blender until desired consistency. I blend for about 1 minute.
