Lemon Pepper Salmon

We love to have salmon at least once a week, because it contains healthy fatty acids. Plus it tastes yummy!

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 Wild caught salmon pieces
Mrs. Dash lemon pepper

I know this seams like a no brainer, but for those of you out there who really don't know how to cook salmon, here it is.

In a skillet heat up olive oil and butter. Put raw salmon in the pan and sprinkle with Lemon Pepper generously. After 5-10 minutes on Medium heat, turn over carefully and sprinkle other side with Lemon Pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes on that side. Cover with lid, so it stays moist and oil doesn't pop all over. Don't cook too long or it will be dry. How do you tell if it is done? Put your fork in it and if it pulls apart easily, it is done.
