Do any of you have a ton of candy bars left over from Halloween? I am making cookies for this get together tonight and decided to make these cookies. I have already eaten too much. I figured I've got to keep "trying" them and make sure they are good enough to put on our blog.
Ingredients:
1/2 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 lrg package vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
1 1/2 C. candy bars, chopped
In a large bowl add softened butter, sugar, and pudding. Cream. Add eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and flour. Chop up your favorite candy bars and add in the dough.
Form into a big log and cut with a sharp knife every 1-2 inches. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
