Flour Tortillas

In a large bowl add:
4 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Whisk together
Blend in:
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
slowly add:
1 1/2 C. warm water as needed

Knead together.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into golf ball size portions.
Roll out flat with rolling pin.
Lightly brown on both sides in a skillet.

Eat plain, with cheese in the middle, for enchiladas, tacos, etc.
