Healthy Vegetable Hash

The other day I wanted to use up a bit of items in the fridge and I wanted a healthy snack, so this is what I made.

In a pan on the stove add;
1 tsp. oil
Heat.

Then add:
1 C. mushrooms, chopped
1 C. Cauliflower, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 C. ham, chopped
Dash of salt and pepper
Mrs. Dash Seasoning of Choice

Cook, stirring frequently until golden brown.
