Lime rice with grilled shrimp

In a pot on the stove add:
2 1/2 C. water
1 C. brown rice
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook for 40 min.

Add:
1 garlic clove, crushed and diced
1 tsp. cilantro, diced
1 chicken bullion cube

Stir well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Add:
Juice from 1 lime
Dash of salt and pepper

Shrimp:
In a pan on the stove add:
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. oil
Heat until melted.

Add frozen cooked shrimp.
Cook until lightly browned and crisp.
Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Put shrimp over rice and serve hot.
