German Chocolate cake with Coconut Pecan Frosting was always the cake I would choose when my mom would ask me what flavor of cake I wanted for my birthday. I have always loved it. So, I decided I would make cookies that would taste similar.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 C. oil
Mix well. Form into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes.
Frost with store bought or homemade Coconut Pecan frosting.
Make cookies into a sandwich. Let stand for 10-20 minutes.
