Honey glazed Carrots

In a pot on the stove put:
4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Medium low.
Cover with a lid and cook about 15 minutes, or until soft.
Take lid off and drain excess liquid.
Top with:
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. honey
Dash of salt and pepper.
Stir until evenly coated.
