Parmesan Chicken

I made these so fast, yet they were so yummy!

In two separate bowls add:
1 C. Italian bread crumbs (just find them in the baking section at the store) mixed with 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten mixed with 2 Tbsp. water

You will need 4 large chicken breasts or 6 small.

Dip each breast in egg then bread crumb mixture and place in 9X13 inch sprayed pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Flipping half way through.

Great dipped in Heinz 57 or eaten plain.

Make sure to serve with your favorite vegetable.
