The other day I went to Winco and got some Muesli. I have been reading a bit about it and how healthy it is for you and decided to try it. Just by looking at it, it looks like it contains:

4 C. rolled oats or oat groats (You could also use 6 or 9 grain cereal mix)
1/8 C. flaxseeds
1/8 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 C. raisins or any dried fruit you want

Mix all together and store in a air tight container.
This keeps you regular (if you know what I'm say'n?)

Cook like you would oatmeal.
Cover with water and boil for 5-10 minutes until water is absorbed.
Can sweeten with honey and pour milk over if you would like.
It is a very tasty breakfast or snack.
Lots of fiber!
