Protein Packed Pancakes

What you will need:
2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 scoop protein powder(I use Jillian Michaels Vanilla powder from Wal-mart)
2 Instant Oatmeal Packets, flavor of your choice, optional
1 egg
2 C. milk
Whisk together ingredients and cook on a Medium heat.

Serve with syrup, yogurt, fruit, etc.
