Taco Salad

In a pan on the stove brown:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
Then add:
2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
1/4 C. water
Cook for 5-8 minutes until it is well incorporated.
On a plate put:
2 C. romaine lettuce, chopped
1 C. spinach leaves
Top with:
meat mixture
tomatoes, chopped
shredded cheese
Crisped tortilla strips (I just found these by the produce section at our local grocery store). I think these were Santa Fe Style.
Sour cream, optional
