When I used to live in another state I would attend a Food Storage cooking class every month. One of the tips they gave us was store powdered milk mixed up (according to the directions on the back of the box) in the refrigerator ready to use. Use in cooking. I know it doesn't taste as good as cows milk, but have you noticed milk prices lately?
