Becky's Healthy Fruit Salad

I was in charge of a little class thing, to teach young women about cooking. This is the salad I came up with. It actually turned out really yummy & refreshing.


Ingredients:
3 C. fresh pineapple, chopped
2 C. strawberries, chopped
2 C. grapes
1 C. raspberries
2 C. peaches, chopped
2 C. seedless watermelon, chopped
½ C. orange juice concentrate
¼ C. fresh lemon juice
¼ C. honey
1 Tbsp. flour


In a large bowl combine fruit.  This picture is like 1/2 the recipe. (So if 
you do original recipe, use a larger bowl).

In a pot on the stove add juices, honey, & flour. 
Whisk together thoroughly. 
Boil for 2 minutes, or until thick and bubbly. 
Cool. 
Pour over fruit. 
Chill in fridge. 
Serve.
