1 pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
3 C. mini marshmallows
1/2 C. semisweet or milk chocolate chips
2 tsp. shortening or butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press cookie dough into a greased 9X13 inch pan. Sprinkle evenly with graham cracker crumbs. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Combine chocolate chips and shortening in small bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir well and place in small plastic bag. Cut a hole in the corner. Drizzle over bars. Refrigerate 5-10 minutes or until chocolate is set. Cut into bars.
