Freezer Meals

Hey, So, I haven't posted on Ziggyfoods forever! I just started getting together with this group of friend and we exchange freezer meals once a month. It has been so awesome. We make about 6 meals each of the same thing. Then swap on a certain day. I can't take credit, my friend Amy instigated it. Thanks Amy! I love having the meals to pull from on days I just don't have time or energy to cook. I thought it would be great to start posting our recipes online. For one, so in case I lose them and it is just easier to have them online. So, I want to share these recipes with you. It may be a project typing them up, but it will be worth it. Right? Becky
