Peel with a spoon
Chop into bite size pieces
Place on a plate & freeze
Or use in your favorite Asian dish, in a green drink, etc.
Once frozen, place in a ziplock bag and freeze for future use. (I like to pull out a piece at a time and use, this way I can have it available in the freezer and none goes to waste!)
