I've been lowering my sugar intake for a while, so I still have to satisfy my cravings by getting creative.
In a pan put 1 Tbsp. butter. Slice up 2 bananas (you can also replace the bananas with peaches, berries, etc.) and add to melted butter. Then put in 1/2 C. coconut, shredded (I did cheat a bit by using sweetened coconut). Add 1/2 C. nut of choice (I used pecans). Cook for about 10 minutes. It is great by itself. I think it would also be good with whipped cream on top, ice cream on top, etc.
