Strawberry Butterscotch Cookies

In a bowl add:
1 strawberry cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 C. oil
Stir until well incorporated.
Roll into small ping pong size uniform balls. Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool on sheet for about 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on cooling rack for about 10 minutes.

Filling:
Butterscotch chips
Melt in Microwave in a bowl for 40 second intervals. Stir in between intervals. Spread on one cookie and top with another.
Let cool.
Can freeze.
