Breaded Pork Steaks

Salt and Pepper
Garlic and Herb Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 C. onions, diced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 C. milk
Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl.
Dip each boneless pork steak in and then into some hot oil in a pan on the stove. Fry on both sides then place all in a 9X13 inch pan. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Great served with Heinze 57 sauce and a green salad.
