Meat Balls in Marinara Sauce


In a large bowl add:
1 lb. ground beef
2 garlic cloves, crushed and diced
1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
Mix well with a spoon.
Form into ping pong ball size meat balls and brown in a skillet on all sides. Put in a 8X8 glass baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Take out of oven and add your favorite Spaghetti sauce.
 Put back in oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with bread sticks, in a sandwich, over noodles, etc.

Spaghetti sauce:
In a pot on the stove add:
1 tsp. oil
1/2 C. onion, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small cans tomato sauce
Dash of Italian Seasoning
