Granola
1 C. oil
1/2 C. honey
1/2 C. powdered milk
1 C. coconut
1/2 C. wheat flour
1 C. rolled oats
4 C. quick oats
1/2 C. chopped pecans
1/2 C. salted sunflower seeds
Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated in a bowl. Spread out onto a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Stir every 7-8 minutes. Take out of oven. Stir while cooling.
Enjoy in a bowl with milk or on top of your favorite yogurt.
We like to store our granola and cereals in these easy pour containers. They also make the pantry look more organized. :)
