Spaghetti Sauce

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 C. cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt

In a pot on the stove on medium high heat, add olive oil and onion. After about 2 minutes add garlic. Then add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook until heated through. Add cheese, seasonings, and salt.

Serve over your favorite noodles or over spaghetti squash.
